Tuesday 5\/6\/2025 @ New Province Brewing<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Membership Attendance: 11 of 25 Present (No Quorum)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ric Bailey, Darin Dickson, Doc Farmer, Marsha Farmer, Justin Hart, David Johnson, Dave Kapple, Mike Lewis, Steve Offutt, Alex Smith, Randy Germann<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Guest Attendance:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Meeting was called to order at 7:06 and began with a toast from Mike \u201cLewie\u201d Lewis (President)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Beer introductions commenced after the toast.\u00a0 14 beers were introduced from 7 brewers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Motion was made by Justin Hart and seconded by Doc Farmer to approve the minutes from the April 2025 Chapter Meeting.\u00a0 <strong>Motion carried unanimously.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Justin Hart presented a financial report and announced he had collected dues from 25 members.\u00a0 We have $4,194 on hand. 18 members are also paid AHA members.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Old Business began at time unrecorded\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Big Brew Day:\u00a0 <\/strong>Randy Germann gave a review and said the event was a success.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Women\u2019s Shelter Event:<\/strong>\u00a0 David Johnson updated members on the event and stated that they raised around $12k for the organization.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Spring OZ Charity Event: <\/strong>\u00a0May 17th, 9-11am, NWA Food Bank<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Iron Brewer: <\/strong>\u00a0David Johnson reminded the membership about the upcoming categories.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>New Business began at 7:29\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>501c3 Update:\u00a0 <\/strong>Mike \u201cLewie\u201d Lewis stated that he is still looking for help if anyone is interested.\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Hop Off 2025: <\/strong>\u00a0David Johnson was drumming up support for a group to go to Little Rock on 7\/11\/25 to represent the club at Hop Off 2025.\u00a0 This is a pre-prohibition beer serving event.\u00a0 Ties in nicely to our Kentucky Common timing.\u00a0 Might be an overnight trip.\u00a0 Contact David if interested.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>No new business from the floor.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Education Session began at 7:50\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>David
