{"id":181,"date":"2025-10-07T00:18:58","date_gmt":"2025-10-07T00:18:58","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ozarkzymurgists.com\/?p=181"},"modified":"2025-11-02T21:30:49","modified_gmt":"2025-11-02T21:30:49","slug":"minutes-september-2-2025","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ozarkzymurgists.com\/?p=181","title":{"rendered":"Minutes &#8211; September 2, 2025"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>Ozark Zymurgists September Chapter Meeting Minutes<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Recorded by: James Harvey, Social Chair and Darin Dickson, Secretary<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Recorded on: Tuesday 9\/2\/2025 @ New Province Brewing<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Membership Attendance: 15 of 26 Present (Quorum)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ric Bailey, Darin Dickson, Doc Farmer, Marsha Farmer, Randy Germann, Ken Gill, Justin Hart, James Harvey, Cody Inskeep, David Johnson, Jason Kanak, Mike Lewis, Steve Offutt, Kevin Richter, Alex Smith<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Guest Attendance:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Meeting was called to order at 7pm by Mike Lewis<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Beer introductions commenced after the toast.\u00a0 13 beers were introduced from 9 brewers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Motion was made by Mike Lewis and seconded by Steve Offut to approve the minutes from the August 2025 Chapter Meeting.\u00a0 <strong>Motion carried unanimously.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Justin Hart presented a financial report and announced he had collected dues from 26 members.\u00a0 We have x on hand. y members are also paid AHA members.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Old Business\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>NWA\/Rogers Oktoberfest 2025: <\/strong>\u00a0At the October meeting, we need to decide if People\u2019s Choice will be the best single brew or brewer with multiple brews allowed.\u00a0 Event is on Sat.
