Please double-check that Ozark Zymurgists is listed as your primary club for the AHA.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Old Business (7:15pm)\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Election of Officers\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Randy Germann and Doc Farmer were appointed Inspectors of Election<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Election was held by the members present with the following unofficial results:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>President: Mike Lewis<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Vice President: Rusty Cramer<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Treasurer: Andy Langston<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Secretary: Darin Dickson<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Social Chair: Steve Offutt<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Due to lack of quorum, the current officers will serve in their roles until the unofficial slate can be ratified at the next meeting with a membership quorum<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>All other old business was deferred due to lack of quorum<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oz Monthly Social will be at Bike Rack Brewing in Bentonville on 1\/17 at 1:23pm<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Iron Brewer turn in will be 1\/15 at the FLOPS meeting<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>New Business (7:40pm)\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Present membership discussed the calendar of sanctioned events.\u00a0 Without a quorum, no decisions were made.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Frost Fest Club representation was decided.\u00a0 Steve Offutt, Kevin Richter, Randy Germann and Darin Dickson will attend.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Larry McCallister gave an update on the status of brewing at The Fermentary.\u00a0 Cider is fermenting, first beer will go in the fermenter this week.\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Marsha Farmer thanked The Fermentary for the Christmas party venue.\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Randy Germann thanked Justin Hart for karaoke at the Christmas party.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Education Session\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>In lieu of a programed educational session, the membership discussed possible future topics:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Sensory kit training<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Use of AI in brewing<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pressure Fermentation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Effect of pH on various processes\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Brewer of the Month\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Detailed in BOTY Tracker on ozarkzymurgists.com<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Meeting adjourned at 8:28pm by Mike Lewis (President)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ozark Zymurgists December Chapter Meeting Minutes Recorded by: Justin Hart, Treasurer Transcribed by: Darin Dickson, Secretary Recorded on: Tuesday 1\/6\/26 @ New Province Brewing Membership Attendance: 13 of 26 Present (No Quorum) Ric Bailey, Doc Farmer, Marsha Farmer, Randy Germann, Justin Hart, Jason Kanak, William Lalum, Andy Langston, Mike Lewis, Larry McCallister, Steve Offutt, Kevin [&hellip;]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":3,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_jetpack_memberships_contains_paid_content":false,"footnotes":"","jetpack_publicize_message":"Check out the minutes from the January meeting.
