• Meeting was called to order at 7:02 and began with a toast from James Harvey (Social Chair).
• Beer introductions commenced after the toast.  16 beers were introduced from 10 brewers.
• Motion was made by Mike Lewis to approve the minutes from the January 2025 Chapter Meeting and was seconded by Larry McCallister.  Motion carried unanimously.
• Justin Hart presented a financial report and announced he had collected dues from 12 members.

  • Barrell Project Update:  Next swap is scheduled for 4/3/25, reach out to Doc Farmer for details
  • Need suggestions for Big Brew Day in March – Location, activity, etc…, reach out to Mike “Lewie” Lewis with suggestions
  • Awarded 2023 and 2024 Brewer of the Year awards
    • 2023 – Doc Farmer
    • 2024 – Larry McCallister
  • February Social is scheduled at 12:30pm on Saturday, February 15 at Bentonville Brewing
  • King for a Day – New Province Brewing – Dates Finalized
    • Brew: February 8th, 2025
    • Judging/Event: March 15, 2025 – 2:00pm
  • Oktoberfest 2025 Trip – James Harvey gave a short presentation on Munich, one of the stops on the trip.
  • Took a new Club Photo with this year’s members.
• Education Session began at 8:05
